Socrates is the founder and Managing Partner of PLATI PARPARINOS & ASSOCIATES LLC. He studied Law in the United Kingdom where he obtained an LLB and an LLM in International Commercial Law. He has been a practicing law since 2007 and he is a member of the Cyprus Bar Association, the Nicosia Bar Association, a certified ICA member and a TEP Member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners. His areas of practise are International Commercial Law, Corporate Law, Migration Law, Aviation Law and Regulatory Compliance.

He is currently the legal advisor of several licensed financial institutions and Registered Alternative Investment Funds, regulated by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission, and Electronic Money Institutions, regulated by the Central Bank of Cyprus. He is also a licensed Nominated Advisor (NOMAD) of public companies listed on the Cyprus Stock Exchange.

He has considerable experience representing both private and government clients in both local and international cases. Socrates has worked with big local companies, such as local air carriers, water companies, logistic companies, media and promoting agencies as well as with an international corporation in the beverages market. He has assisted clients with detailed due diligence reports of Cyprus entities, lead his legal team in a number of mergers and acquisitions, worked with German banks, advising them on complex corporate structures involving Cyprus companies with multimillion transactions. In recent years, due to the changing times, he has had considerable exposure to local and international banks overseeing finance loans and pledge arrangements, and group restructurings. As a TEP Member he has structured complex trust mechanisms for international clients that are interested in asset protection.

Socrates is also Head of the Cyprus Office of ALIANT LAW, an international group of law firms, with offices in more than 25 countries around the globe.

Chrystalla is the Managing Director and Founder at CoreTax Financial Services Ltd, an accounting and audit firm based in Cyprus. She holds a Bachelor in Business Administration from the University of Patras. She is a Chartered Certified Accountant (ACA) registered with the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of England and Wales (ICAEW). Chrystalla also holds a practicing license and is registered as a Certified Chartered Accountant and Auditor with the Institute of Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC). She is an active member of these associations.

George Iakovou is the founder and managing partner of both G. Iakovou & Associates LLC, a boutique law firm and The Grey Arrow Ltd, an administrative and financial service provider firm based in Cyprus.
